1. IMMEDIATE ORDER PROCESSING

Any order validated on our site before 4:00 PM (Paris time) is processed, packed and handed over to our logistics partners the same day from our central platform in the Île-de-France region.

2. DELIVERY ZONES AND TIMES

Thanks to our agreements with DHL Express and UPS, we guarantee the following delivery times:

  • France, Belgium, Luxembourg: 24h to 48h.

  • Europe (Germany, Italy, Spain...): 2 to 4 business days.

  • USA & United Kingdom: 3 to 5 business days (Priority Air Freight).

3. "ALL INCLUSIVE" OFFER (CUSTOMS & SHIPPING)

To guarantee complete transparency at the time of your purchase:

  • FREE DELIVERY: As part of the Launch Offer operation, shipping costs are free with no minimum purchase, to all destinations.

  • PREPAID TAXES AND CUSTOMS: For deliveries outside the European Union (USA, UK, Switzerland), NeoVeo covers all customs formalities and fees in full. The amount paid on the site is final. No additional charges will be requested upon delivery.

4. SHIPMENT SECURITY (SIGNATURE REQUIRED)

Whatever the value of your order (Consumables or Machines), we apply the maximum level of security:

  • Premium Carriers: Colissimo Expert, DHL or UPS.

  • Hand delivery: All our parcels are delivered exclusively against signature. No parcel will be left unattended or in a mailbox.

5. ENHANCED "ANTI-BREAKAGE" PROTECTION

Given the technical nature of the equipment:

  • Filaments: Individual vacuum packaging + cardboard outer packaging.

  • Printers: ISO-certified double-wall cardboard boxes with high-density foam padding for complete protection against impacts.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

In accordance with the law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of return if you change your mind (new and sealed product).

7. FULL TRANSPORT INSURANCE

The goods travel under our full legal responsibility until the signed delivery. If the parcel is declared lost by the carrier or if the equipment arrives damaged, contact us. We will proceed, according to your choice, with an immediate free replacement with a new item or a full refund of the order.
