Welcome to NeoVeo. We believe that buying technical equipment should be simple and transparent. Here is the essential information you need to know before confirming your order.

1. AUTHENTICITY & STOCK We are a reseller of Official Elegoo products. All items sold on this site (Printers and Consumables) are new, authentic, vacuum-sealed and shipped from our logistics platform based in France.

2. PRICES & TAXES (FULL TRANSPARENCY)

• European Union: The displayed prices include VAT.

• International (USA, UK, Switzerland...): We sell on a "DDP" (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. NeoVeo covers the customs fees. The price you pay on the site is the final price. No unpleasant surprises upon delivery.

3. "Launch Offer" PROMOTION Our current prices reflect a massive clearance operation before inventory. These offers are limited to available stock and may end at any time without notice once the quota is reached.

4. RETURNS & WARRANTY

• Right of withdrawal: You have the legal period of 14 days after receipt to change your mind (new and unopened product only).

• Warranty: All our equipment comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty, managed directly by our technical support.

5. USE & SAFETY 3D printing involves the use of heated machines and chemical products (resins). By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you are of legal age and able to use this equipment. NeoVeo cannot be held liable for damages related to incorrect assembly or failure to follow the manufacturer's safety instructions.
